How to get a flat tummy at home

To get and maintain a flat tummy, in addition to healthy feeding,  you need exercises. 

A combination of aerobic exercises like jumprope workout, running and strength exercises will surely help you achieve your aim.
This is so because you need to burn the fat as well as tone the muscles.
Try 2-3 reps, of the following exercises 3-5 days a week to get closer to your goal.
